Job Description

Kendall & Associates is a direct hire, professional recruitment firm. We are currently partnering with a building products client to find a Sales Territory Manager for placement on a direct hire position with their team.

Position overview: The chosen candidate will have ownership for maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration with existing accounts, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities. The chosen candidate will maintain and build strong relationships across the organization's client base, while gaining recognition as an industry resource and product expert. A day in the life of the position will include appointments/presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users. The territory includes Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the nearby northern area of Virginia.

The successful/chosen candidate will possess the following:

- Bachelor's degree (required)

- 3+ years of sales experience (required)

- excellent presentation and technical skills

- experience in the building supplies industry (preferred)
