Who says you can't have it all? Kemper has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Chatsworth, CA office. Our customer service team is the front line for assisting our brokers and providing the best service possible to our mutual insureds. The team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action. Answering a high volume of calls from brokers and insureds, reviewing policy details, billing history, and taking payments as well as reviewing and processing change requests via phone, fax or online.
This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F during training and the normal working hours will be 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F and every other Saturday.
- 2+ years of professional customer service experience required
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous insurance carrier, agency or call center experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation & Benefits: $30-40K annual
