IT Support Specialist

Kemper CPA Group is looking to add a member to our Internal IT Support Team. The ideal candidate will support the firm’s corporate network computers, servers, and printers, in addition to assisting with various projects as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time as the firm’s systems change and new areas of need are identified.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line of contact for support issues, including tickets, emails, chat messages, and phone call
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connection issues
- Track and prioritize support requests
- Configure and install new PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners in a network environment
- Assist users with desktop application installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts, including Active Directory and Office 365
- Coordinate and work with third party software vendors
- Assist in departmental projects as needed
Education/Experience
- Associate degree in a computer-related field
- Hands-on experience supporting corporate IT systems
- A+ certification or other industry standard certifications a plus
Skills Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good attitude and positive thinker
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Desire to learn new technology
- Detail oriented
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
