CSR's for our client will be assisting members, distributors, and managers with inbound product orders and other interactions, while maintaining positive performance standards and metrics.POSITION WILL BE 100% VIRTUAL.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process orders, new member applications, renewals, returns, etc. Answer questions with respect to business plan, products, business programs/promotions, etc.
effectively in a personal and professional manner Document interactions for auditing purposes Select the best solution to resolve and de-escalate issues regarding service or products Create an atmosphere of Quality, Integrity and Customer Service with a Member-First attitude Skills and Experience to be a Customer Support Agent Bilingual/ English/Spanish, advanced proficiency in Spanish, including speaking, reading... and writing Microsoft Office, typing 30+, 10-key skills Friendly, upbeat attitude Strong listening, comprehension, patient and objective skills Phone skills and experience regarding Customer Service inbound calls is preferred Basic knowledge of Direct Sales High School Diploma or equivalentRECOMMENDED SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES: Excellent written and verbal communication for all day to day interactions Proficient computer skills with Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe The ability to receive and implement constructive feedback from teammates or leadership The ability to learn and retain processes The ability to problem-solve and identify potential process improvements
