Location: Allentown, PA
Hybrid
Pay: $20-25/hr
Full-time, Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position supports the end-to-end hiring process for individuals filling job openings in various business groups and functions.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for:

• Entering new requisitions into the applicant tracking system, Kenexa BrassRing, and managing candidate statuses in the ATS as the hiring process progresses.
• Posting requisitions to external job boards.
• Scheduling interviews, guiding candidates on travel arrangements, filing candidate information/forms, and sending offer letters.
• Interacting regularly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensuring candidate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork are completed.
• Providing project support for the Talent Acquisition team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with Share Site administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Adaptability and flexibility with sound time management and organization skills.
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume work environment with changing priorities.
