Responsible for responding to all inquires from customers and salespeople. Responsible for inputting customers- order into the mainframe and attending to all aspects of the customers- needs. This position also serves as a liaison between the customer, the warehouse and the sales department in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
1.\tLog into the ACD queue answering calls from Customers, Sales People and Vendors.
a.\tHandle the following types of requests:
ii.\tEnter product return requests
v.\tTrack and research delivery issues
vi.\tIdentify and resolve pricing issues
vii.\tCommunicate with sales person any potential issues with account
2.\tHandle specific tasks assigned my management, complete them within time frame communicated
3.\tWork with team members to assist with other responsibilities of the team when time allows

Education and Experience
1.\tAt least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
2.\tMust have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
3.\tHigh school diploma.
