In this customer service role, your daily tasks will include:
- Interview potential respondents over the phone
- Conduct telephone interviews to gather and document information
- 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided names and numbers
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of audience types
- Enter data from phone interaction
- Proficient computer and typing skills
We are looking for qualified candidates with:
- 6 months+ call center experience, call center customer support, sales, marketing research or equivalent
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Punctual and accountable nature
- Strong attention to detail
