In your role as a 529 Call Center Representative, you are the front line for our client, who handles 529 College Savings Plans. The client has contracted with our organization to take their customer service related calls. Each day you will be representing our client by providing quality customer service through addressing account inquiries, processing transactions and assisting callers with online account access.
Employees must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
