The Document Specialist is responsible for identifying document types and the associated business rules to input the key fields into our document management system.

Responsibilities

  • Handle data extraction on 40 documents, including pay stubs, W-2s and bank statements

  • Verify document names and loan numbers

  • Requirements

  • Ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Self-motivation with a desire to cross-train in multiple job functions

  • Ability to identify differences between similar things

  • Ability to work flexible hours and afternoon shifts to meet deadlines as well as overtime and rotating weekends


    What'll Make You Special

  • Knowledge of mortgage documents and/or document management systems preferred

  • Successful experience in managing a workflow queue

  • Proficient keyboard and mouse skills and the ability to type greater than 45 words per minute

Additional Information

  • Shifts: 9am - 6pm or 12pm - 9pm
  • Must be flexible with shift times
  • Must be able to pass a typing test of 45 words per minute
  • Will be required to work 2 Saturday's a month
