Job Description
Kelly Services is recruiting for multiple National Call Center Representatives roles in Plymouth, MN! These are a temp-to-hire opportunities with our national client and we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team.
Pay rate: $16.00/hr + 20% shift differential for hours worked Saturday & Sunday. Additional increase in both pay and differential when hired permanent.
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available - after 5 weeks of training must work weekends.

  • Multiple Start times to choose from!
1st Shift: 4:00am-7:00am Start Times
2nd Shift: 12:00pm-4:00pm Start Times
3rd Shift: 9:00pm-11:00pm Start Times
Position Title: National Accounts Representative
This role requires the CSR to respond to audible or visible signals received from an alarm system on the customer's premises that indicates the opening and closing of protected premises, unlawful intrusions, or fire, and responding accordingly. This may include dispatching the proper public safety agency when necessary after receiving an alarm.
DUTIES:
Process ~70 inbound calls per day providing proactive customer service as appropriate; includes assisting in resolving customer complaints or concerns and coordinating resolution with Leadership as necessary.
Process ~150 alarms per day, reviewing video data, dispatching agency and/or notifying customer of alarm activity received at PNC.
Enter service tickets as needed to resolve equipment malfunctions
SKILLS
Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional telephone skills.
Strong customer service orientation
Effective reasoning ability; solve practical problems, interpret and take decisive action on instruction.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information and matters.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Two+ years in a customer service discipline, and/or call center or Security support experience
