Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $15.00 per hour; depending on experience
Position Summary: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for assigned area.
Key Responsibilities: Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Receive and direct visitors and clients. General clerical duties. Handle requests for information and data. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Education and Work History: High School diploma required. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Communication skills - written and verbal. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software/applications. Planning and organizing. Prioritizing
Specialized Skills Attention to detail and accuracy. The fast-paced work environment must be able to manage well under pressure. Job requirements will be keeping detailed records of invoices. The supplier or non-employee is responsible for supplying non-disposable PPE.
