Assist with tele psychiatry clinic at North Central Correctional Complex Marion Ohio by scheduling appointments, sitting with the client during the tele session, ensuring clients receive medication education documents assisting in monthly medication compliance calculations. In addition, the person will file paper orders, assist with tracking of referrals, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Take phone calls and visitors tactfully refer them to proper place
Maintain calendar of events, schedules, appointments
Preform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including addiction and transcription of correspondence
Reports to health care administrator
Maintain medical records accordance with accreditation
General clerical duties
Proofread, copy documents, process all mail
Maintain records of services and prepare billing to be submitted
Attend staff meetings, promote communication
Promote the development of positive social skills
Successfully complete annual in-service training requirements
Paid on weekly basis
