Description
The Director of Operations can be thought of as the "voice of value" in the office. They own the office's retention systems and consistently quantify and communicate value to support the associates. They derive joy from providing an atmosphere of teamwork and consistently moving the business forward. They rapidly solve problems and can think through a solution to present it clearly to others. They strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication and hold themselves to high-performing standards.
The DOO must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the CEO and vision of the office leadership team. They integrate the vision into the staff and associate it with systematic consistency.
Compensation:
Responsibilities
• The Director of Operations builds, implements, and leads all support and operational systems that empower the associates and staff. This includes but is not limited to communication systems, information systems, and financial systems.
• Assists as needed in documenting the systems of all departments.
• Oversees the Broker/Compliance Department, Agent Services Department, Customer Relations Department, and Financial Department of the company.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and leading all department members.
• Maintain and edit an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
• Maintain the culture and associate care systems to ensure business growth.
• Create and maintain employee onboarding systems.
• Track and review goals weekly.
• Continually look for ways to retain associates, increase sales & increase profitability.
• Build relationships with the associates and staff.
• Acts as the gatekeeper for the CEO and the go-to person for associates and staff.
Qualifications
• Solution-based problem solver, who will work well in both a team setting and independently.
• Ability to build a winning team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be detail-oriented yet flexible.
• Have an eye for accuracy, careful attention to detail, solid business judgment, and the ability to follow through on commitments.
• Must have exemplary organizational, time, and project management skills to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously within time and budgetary guidelines.
• Must be able to handle confidential information and reports with discretion.
• Ideal candidate has proven leadership qualities, strong business skills, and financial acumen.
• Calm under pressure.

Requirements:
• College Degree.
• Driver's license.
• Administrative experience in an office setting (at least 2 years).
• Real Estate license (preferred but not required).

- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
- Profit share
