The MCA is a vital part of our leadership team and plays an important role in working with our agents. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, highly organized, an accounting background and a “CAN-DO-IT” attitude to assist our MCA. The AMCA must be motivated and energized about working with a dynamic group of real estate professionals in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to lead, oversee, refine and implement systems to manage real estate transactions as well as general office operations and staff. A professional that is a multi-tasker, energetic, positive, growth-minded, friendly team player ready to assist the Team Leader in supporting agents in building careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living!
The responsibilities and duties below are not all-inclusive, however give a general idea of what the position entails:
Assisting the MCA in various capacities (Accounts Receivable/Payable, GL Entries)
Act a support to the Market Center’s Team Leader, Agents and Vendors
Financial record keeping
Working with agents to collect compliance paperwork - organizational and time management skills a must
Supporting Keller Williams Agents in growing their business
Some travel required

starting salary $ 35,000.00 - $45,000.00
Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 5:00 pm
Friday 9:00 – 4:00 pm
Bonus pay with growth in position
Bookkeeping/Accounting: Preferred but not required
Customer Service: Preferred but not required
Real Estate: Preferred but not required
We currently have precautions in place for our staff, agents and guests. We are requiring that masks be worn by anyone that comes into our offices and providing them the necessary sanitization supplies in all common areas. Practicing social distancing in all common areas, conference and training rooms.
