Job Description

As a Marketing/Technology Coordinator, you will work with our leadership team and hundreds of associates to help implement our technology platform, Command, in order to enhance the consumer experience, increase associate productivity, and build a wall of value with technology and creative marketing.

Who are we looking for? 

Technology can be difficult for many people, and having a Marketing Tech Coordinator that gets along with agents and your staff will make it much easier for everyone. They should be able to build relationships with people in the office and be part of the team.

The Marketing Tech Coordinator plays a supporting role in the office and should achieve success by helping and empowering other people.

They must have a solid base in technology and have training and/or extensive prior experience with computer systems i.e.- databases, social media marketing, Microsoft Office, software, and office technology. If they don’t impress you with what they know how to do, they probably are not a good fit.

This person will have a creative flair and be able to create eye-catching marketing flyers using simple software such as Canva.

A good technology person will manage detail well and take care of problems before they occur by dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. They should also be able to plan their activities and follow through.

The Marketing Tech Coordinator must know how to get the job done and stay on track. Since they will most likely be working on projects while handling requests for support and assistance, they will need to be task-focused in order to complete their work.

They will have access to sensitive files and information about associates, customers, and finances. You will need to be able to trust them with that information.

They will be the person that figures out how to fix things or resolve problems with systems in the office and must be a problem solver with good abstract-reasoning skills.


$30,000 - $35,000


What will you do?

  • Importing and/or exporting CSV files to databases
  • Handling issues with technology
  • Basic computer training
  • Designing marketing campaigns and flyers
  • Provide a high level of concierge service to our agents
  • Teach agents how to set up and utilize their KW Technology Suite Package
  • Welcome and transition incoming agents for their first 90 days with white-glove service
  • Design and create a successful marketing plan in social media i.e.- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Field support questions about KW services and technology and provide a solution service
