Real Estate Productivity Coach

We are seeking a Real Estate Productivity Coach - Associate Business Development Mentor to join our growing Market Center as a part of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, Teach and Mentor a group of 40 minimum new Real Estate Professionals
  • Teach KWRI Approved Courses on a regular monthly schedule in the Market Center
  • Maintain office hours so that you are available to help Coaching Client Associates with transactional questions/issues
  • Hold regular accountability sessions with each new licensee and ensure a minimum attendance
  • Attend the Daily Huddle with the Leadership Team to ensure everyone is operating as a cohesive group

Productivity & Growth Goals:

  • Assist the Team Leader in the recruiting and selecting of Coaching Client Associates into the Market Center (10 monthly minimum)
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing appointments, listings, contracts written, closed transactions and Daily Lead Generation Activities of clients.
  • Participate in weekly accountability/coaching calls with the Productivity Coach Manager/Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years residential resale experience
  • Minimum $5,000,000 in career residential resale sales volume
  • High level of familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to teach, and be taught
  • Ability to implement systems and hold others accountable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Commission based upon Client Production
  • Profit Share
