Our rapidly growing brokerage is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. We're looking for an experienced real estate agent to help play a big role. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales leads, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities

• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

Qualifications

• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

$85,000 - $125,000 at plan
