We are seeking a talented agent to focus on Commercial with our thriving team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our clients and potential clients. The Agent is responsible for growing, creating, and maintaining successful relationships with clients and closing inquiries efficiently. Closing sales is also a hybrid role to this commission opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of social media and company's website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
• Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
• Validate all personal references and rental application information
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract

• Lead follow up
• Sales
• Database campaigns
• Lead generation
• Close commercial sales as well

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher

• Valid real estate license is required
• Commission opportunity

Compensation

$80,000 - $125,000 at plan
