Job Description

Kelaca is looking for a Senior Account Executive / Enterprise Solutions Executive for our client partner in Northern Virginia. This is a remote role, working east coast hours. This is a sales position directly responsible for generating revenue opportunities. The position includes generating and closing new business opportunities in the Corporate and VARs market as well as managing and developing business inside a multi-million USD existing Key Account customers. This is a new position inside a European company starting Operations in the United States, with already existing customers, reporting to the Director, North American Sales and French Global Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales of Hardware and/or Maintenance services and IT Infrastructure solutions (Datacenter Relocation, Managed Services).
  • Develop the business within US key customers by expanding sales and diversifying product portfolio inside new business units and subsidiaries resulting in revenue growth.
  • Be a "Hunter", focused on selling inside new accounts and proactively manage their growth and development resulting in revenue growth.
  • Engage with company's existing Partners, and develop new business relations with VARs, IT Resellers, in collaboration with the US Sales Director.
  • Develop and grow sales opportunities within new and existing client contacts through cold calling, by setting up virtual and face-to-face communications (as current state allows).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers with organizations with complex environments, both new and existing.
  • Develop business plan on Key Account and update monthly opportunities on new identified targets to reflect strategies to successfully achieve quota.
  • Actively participate in RFP responses supported with our Presales.
  • Participate routinely in networking events and associations across the country to broaden our market presence and subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate with Sales teammates based in or outside the US, to expand the client portfolio.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model which includes working in the Reston office one or two days per week or in a full remote location.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect for new prospects, RFPs, and contracts.
  • Document Sales activity and customer contacts using Salesforce CRM.

Skills and Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise client engagement experience, preferably within IT Industry – Hardware Sales, Hardware Maintenance, Cloud Services, Technology Integrators.
  • Must demonstrate service-oriented sales expertise with the ability to engage with technical, IT managers, and Business executives.
  • Proven communication skills with executive management and board of directors.
  • Consultative, solution selling and closing skills.
  • Proven and verifiable track record of sales/quota attainment.
  • Ability to identify and positively influence key decision makers and influencers.
  • Competent handling price negotiations and articulating business value propositions.
  • Build relationships and influence collaboration in both internal and external clients to generate increasing levels of client solutions momentum.
  • Entrepreneur / Startup spirit, with successful experience of flat organizational management structure.
  • International exposure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Sales prospecting tools and Internet research.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or alternative CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of Work in Office: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt
