We are currently accepting applications for Senior Project Manager located at our home office in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

 

Position Summary

As Senior Project Manager, Commercial Division, your focus will be based on multiple project types such as: Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, Office, and C Store construction.  Under the guidance of the COO, the Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the construction operations staff to manage the full project life cycle of each assigned project.

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Technology) required

·         15 years’ minimum experience in commercial construction project management

·         Strong, detail-oriented thinker with demonstrated understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and scheduling

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Construction Management software such as ProCore, Sage Timberline, Vista, or other equivalent software expertise.

 

Responsibilities

·         Overall cost control and project budget responsibilities

·         Day-to-day Project Management involving all aspects of the project to ensure quality standards and schedule are being met

·         Collaborate with Owners, Developers, Architects and Engineers to ensure efficiency and practicability of all assigned projects

·         Review all invoices for accuracy

·         Review submittals for conformance with construction documents

·         Daily interaction, coordination and collaboration with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Administrators, Project        Superintendents, Sub Contractors, and with the administrative staff on all project activities to ensure cost, scheduling, documentation, and quality standards are met

·         Conduct regular meetings with the project teams (internal and external) to ensure timeliness of project completion

·         Participate in project planning including pre-construction activities, estimating, project billing and closeout

·         Maintain subcontractor relationships including but not limited to the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, bonding, and the prequalification process
