Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Each hired applicant will have opportunity to begin as an assistant bookkeeper before applying for role of full charge. All applicants must complete 90 day probationary period as an assistant bookkeeper and receive final approval from CEO before being designated full charge.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records and assist tax accountants
Compute and record numerical data at request of CEO
Check the accuracy of business transactions for up to 500 clients
Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous minimum experience of 3-5 years in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask to varying billing cycles(biweekly/monthly)
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
