Job Description

Kaymenta is looking for energetic, open-minded, and enthusiastic self-starters to sell the most innovative and trusted brands in the industry. You’ll quickly learn that all sales opportunities at Kaymenta are a chance to forge a relationship, rather than complete a transaction. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, and operations.

 

Kaymenta offers a competitive commission bonus structure of between $800 and $1,300 weekly, on average. Candidates can earn up to a potential $2k in bonuses within the first month based on hitting sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to commute to Surrey

  • Full-time availability

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is considered an asset

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow
