Annual Salary Range

$146,957.53 - $149,730.32

KaylaTek is seeking an experienced Senior High level IT professional to provide Account Management duties to support the AFNCR IT support contract's Cyber Risk Reduction Effort.

Job Site: Pentagon (on-site)

Shift Hours: Day-Shift; core support hours are 0600 -1800.

Overview: Seeking high-level IT Professionals to provide Account Management duties including monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems IA Documentation and User Account Management support within the National Military Command Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and Review System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) for system user accounts in accordance with a role-based access scheme that organizes allowed information system access and privileges into roles.
  • Maintain and audit User accounts.
  • Privileged User Audit
  • Basic Information Technology understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills: includes product knowledge, communication and listening, problem-solving, professionalism, action-oriented task management (multi-tasking), and confidence.
  • Must have good work ethics and show diligence in work performed.
  • Good Attention to detail.
  • Must take initiative and ownership of customer requirements and tasks.
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Remedy
  • Maintain I/A documentation

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified candidates must possess a TS//SCI security clearance
  • Security+CE Required
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (i.e., ability to present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations in group and individual settings).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills (i.e., ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work, and to control and follow up to assure work completion).
  • Demonstrated initiative (i.e. initiate appropriate action without being directed) and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., ability to work effectively on teams, communicate effectively, work/interact effectively and amicably with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and with diverse personal attributes).
