Job DescriptionCompany Description
Inside Sales Representative:
- Expand sales accounts through obtaining orders, giving technical assistance, and broadening foresight on customers' necessities
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service to bring customers back even in problematic situations
- Enter orders per customer PO or outside sales staff request
- Communicate and troubleshoot problems
- Expedite orders already placed
- Keep upbeat attitude
Hours:
8am - 4:45PM
no weekends EVER
Requirements and Experience:
- Inside sales 1 year (preferred)
- Knowledge of tools and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to write, speak, and understand English
