This boutique, high end fitness concept is looking for a dynamic Director of Franchise Operations. Reporting directly to the Vice President Franchise Operations, the Director of Franchise Operations (DFO), is the field liaison between our corporate team and franchisees in all areas of operations within our studios. This position will be responsible for planning, organizing and guiding the outcomes in all performance and operational areas for the assigned Club region and studios within.

This position offers support to the franchisees in all areas of operations to include but not limited to financial and KPI analysis, operational systems education, implementation & training support, fitness, membership sales support, and marketing management support. Responsibilities Communicating with franchisees and their teams via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively detail franchise brand policies and procedure (ensuring knowledge and stressing the need for 100% adherence). Practice regular independent, discretionary judgement in order to ensure Club strict guidelines are being followed. Develop and maintain relationships with existing/new franchisees. Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication asking pertinent questions and understanding franchisee’s needs. Continually drive club revenue and regional profitability to exceed all sales and revenue standards. Facilitates new club opening discussions by coaching on SOPs and market behaviors. Drive business results and provide oversight for network performance in the following areas: sales, operational metrics, compliance with TBCI’s FDD, customer satisfaction KPIs, franchisee engagement, and brand initiative implementation. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate performance by using support tools and reports to identify and address trends, opportunities, and issues in club operations. Collaborate with VP, Operations and peers regarding system-wide solutions and initiatives and customize approach to address specific regional concerns. Drive profitability and productivity in all areas, through accountability, adherence to standards and P&L analysis Coordinate training workshops and perform continuing education as needed to educate the region on best practices based on Club’s established standards. Travel domestically to support new/existing clubs in all facets of the Club system. Attend conference calls/webinars and events to promote the Club brand and develop enhanced and improved business results Support and, if required, mediate disputes with franchisees to achieve desired outcomes with minimal club/brand impact. Must submit monthly schedule and weekly reports to direct supervisor outlining work hours and activities performed including market summaries outlined as an executive summary post visit Perform club continuity and performance assessments as needed. This includes auditing entire club operations in addition to product team evaluations. Performs other duties as required Requirements Must visit 100% of clubs within the region during a calendar year (up to 50% travel) Benefits Competitive pay Benefits available
