Job Description

Technical Support Specialist

Local MSP seeking a Phoenix, AZ based, hardworking, flexible, and talented individual to provide Desktop, Application and Network support to our clients. This position requires availability for an 8-hour shift daily, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position requires occasional weekend, after hours work, and on call requirements with additional compensation and/or comp time provided. This position offers the potential for substantial professional growth in terms of skills and technical knowledge. This position requires the ability to examine, question, explore and troubleshoot a variety of issues.

Required Experience and Capabilities


  • 2+ years customer service experience in a helpdesk environment
  • 3+ year or more of basic technical support experience
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have access reliable Internet connectivity
  • Applicants should be proficient in desktop support
  • Applicants should be familiar with Desktop OS and have an understanding of Server integration.

Other preferred experience and capabilities


  • MSP experience
  • IT Professional Certifications
  • Azure experience
  • Meraki and/or SonicWall VPN troubleshooting
  • O365 user configuration with 2FA.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40 - $60k DOE
Work Location: Remote, and onsite in the Phoenix area
