THE POSITION:

The Service Representative position is a client-facing outside sales role with a monthly quota and high earning potential for those with the drive to succeed. Our Company Representatives enjoy a generous pay structure paired with a working environment that you won't find anywhere else! Individuals in this role serve as the face of Kapella for our customers and guide homeowners throughout the restoration process. This includes door knocking within pre-mapped areas, performing storm damaged inspections on residential properties, meeting with insurance adjusters to assess loss of property, selecting the products to best serve the homeowner and striving for 100% customer satisfaction. In order to provide our Representativesmore quality time in the field and ensure our homeowners receive the proper care, Kapella provides phenomenal in-house sales and administrative support from management and office staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating new business by performing inspections and signing contracts within assigned territories

  • Providing clients with the highest level of customer service satisfaction throughout the restoration process

  • Knowledge of Kapella's background, business practices, and product offerings in order to market Kapella and serve as the primary resource for all of the homeowners needs.

  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication with your customers, Managers, and Production Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Accountable self-starter with a strong drive for success

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills

  • Capable of performing effective time management skills

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Approachable, friendly demeanor with great conflict resolution skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Evening and Saturday hours

  • Reliable transportation that is capable of hauling a ladder

  • Kapella decals installed on your vehicle upon start date

  • Ability to set up and climb a ladder, safely navigate roofs during inspections

  • Maintaining a clean background in order to obtain solicitation permits within designated territories

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

  • Sales and/or customer service experience a plus

  • Industry experience a huge plus, but not required

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive commission structure

  • Average income potential for Company Reps in year 1 has ranged between $80,000 - $120,000 (based on performance); with the opportunity of greatly increasing this amount through the exceeding of company quotas
