Location: Home Based/ travel to client offices within North America

Job Title: Director Brand and Sales Strategy, Pharmaceutical

Due to significant sales growth, client seeks a Director Marketing Strategy with strong critical thinking and leadership skills. This role will report directly to the Sr Vice President, North America and will collaborate closely with Project Directors Marketing, Sales, Business Leaders and Analysts to design solutions to accelerate our client’s business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of project managers, analysts, and field team specialists

· Orchestrate and manage the execution and delivery of high value client projects

· Client has an excellent reputation with their clients, and as a fast-growing business, there are opportunities to expand and develop beyond the role when success has been demonstrated

Requirements

· Knowledge of pharmaceutical, Healthcare, life sciences brand marketing

· Analytical with the ability to use data to make recommendations

· Willingness to make decisions and drive success

· Capable of communicating complex ideas in a simple manner

· Hands on leader

Desired Skills and Experience:

· BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

· Pharmaceutical industry experience OR consulting experience in life sciences required

· Strong preference for a background working in or with brand marketing and/or sales leadership roles

· Demonstrated proficiency at working with data
