Kandypens is hiring experienced customer service agents to join our team. We're an established leader in the vaporizer industry, known for excellence in customer service as well as our unique, ground-breaking products offered both to retail and directly to the consumer. Our customers need assistance with e-commerce purchases, education on the ins and outs of our products, and warranty service should anything go wrong with their device. We need agents to join our team to help turn our customers into raving fans by providing 5 Star customer service through troubleshooting technical errors and educating end-users on best practices. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
- Clear phone presence, well spoken
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Computer literacy and knowledge of basic computer functions
- Detail oriented and customer focused
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Experience troubleshooting technical errors
Additionally, familiarity with the vaporizer industry and/or its products would contribute greatly to a candidate's success in the position, but is absolutely not a requirement. We'll train you on everything you need to know!
The position will require responding to active customer inquiries via our online customer service portal, live chat software, and answering inbound phone calls. Our customer service agents must also be able to assist with warranty/return processing.
