Start-up online women’s fashion jewelry company is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and fashion forward Executive Assistant to to be the right hand to a fast paced, growing eCommerce organization. You must LOVE being a supportive person who can act fast and do well in fast paced environments. You will work closely with the founder performing a variety of daily administrative and operational tasks in a high-paced collaborative environment. Must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision
Beyond assisting the CEO, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service, influencer management, social media content creation, hiring staff, office management, organization of staff, design/production help, marketing, and much more! We're looking for the ultimate multi-tasker, someone who is able to jump from task to task with ease and efficiency.
Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, travel itinerary, expense tracking and other calendar items.
Collaborate with departments using productivity tools like Asana, Trello, and Slack.
Perform assorted administrative activities such as responding to emails, answering calls, following up on action items, capturing notes, data entry, time and attendance reporting, supply ordering and preparation of reports.
Provide project support for production improvement, website development, buying and marketing.
Provide training and orientation to new staff.
Perform online and offline research as assigned.
Assisting CEO with daily tasks
Follow the latest trends and assist in inventory selection
Manage and coordinate schedule of meetings, events, photo shoots, and travel for team.
Customer service e-mail correspondence
Manage, organize, and update relevant confidential data into documents, reports, presentations, and email
Inventory stock management
Overseeing our photoshoots to ensure their efficiency and style
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Prior experience in similar role with eCommerce retailers preferred
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Strong knowledge on emerging influencers, social media trends and concepts.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not required
You must live in the North Dallas/Plano area and have reliable transportation.
