About the RoleWe are searching for an Operations Training Facilitator to join our team, reporting to our Training Supervisor. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that new Operators across Field and Warehouse receive training consistent with Kaiyo’s SOPs, and Safety protocols. You will be an extension of the Training Team, reporting to the Training Supervisor and working through the on-site Technical Training Specialist. We're searching for a person who is excited to build something awesome!
What You’ll Do:- Train new hourly operators and those in new positions on the proper way to perform their work duties
- Monitor and provide feedback to existing operators
- Facilitate classroom training and knowledge checks
- Collect data and enter data into various databases
- Conduct facility tours of the processing facility for new operators
- Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, new equipment training, technology launches, and changes to current processes
- Create a positive team dynamic that encourages operators to ask questions, provide feedback, adapt to the ever-changing business and stay focused on the customer experience
- Help foster a positive work environment thru living our DNA
- Promote quality and a safety-first culture
- Share and exchange best practices with the other Training Facilitators
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write and speak in English
- Ability to lift up to 75+ pounds with or without assistance
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to communicate; express ideas and thoughts clearly and with tact and diplomacy
