Inside Sales Representative

Kaffe Magnum Opus, a specialty coffee roaster located in Millville NJ, with a growing customer base of coffee houses throughout the U.S. is currently looking to hire HIGH ENERGY, GOAL ORIENTED inside sales representatives for our specialty coffee business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

This is a FAST PACED, in-office telephone sales position requiring the employee to place a high volume of outgoing calls to new leads daily. The sales cycle includes follow up appointments by phone and closing the sale. Training will be provided. The position also requires:

• Meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales goals for the company
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Memorization of sales scripts
• Prior experience using and communicating through CRM helpful
• Maintaining accurate records and sales call reports
• Some travel may be necessary

In addition, the candidate must drink black coffees (black, no sugar added) to understand the characteristics and have the willingness to learn the coffee industry and coffee roasting process.

This is an entry level position. We will train you. Prior sales experience will be taken into consideration.
