Kadima Leadership is a leadership development consulting and executive coaching firm that works with individuals, teams, and organizations. Our ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant position is one who would enjoy utilizing their exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills to help the Kadima team provide outstanding service to our clients.
The Executive Assistant position would directly support the CEO in her efforts to run and grow the company. The position would require a variety of activities such as project management, scheduling, basic bookkeeping activities, and general administrative roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Project management to include budgeting, organizing, and communication
Preparing and assembling materials for workshops
Basic bookkeeping activities
Coordinating owner’s schedule to include calendar management, scheduling flights, etc.
Other administrative duties as needed
Skills and Abilities:
At least 3 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft and IOS systems
Professional written and verbal communication
Strategic thinker
Detail-oriented
Intentionally organized
Ability to task-switch easily
