The Team Leader will be primarily focused on maintaining continuous growth in the number of licensed real estate agents within the organization, as well as building strong consultative relationships with the associates in the office. Responsibilities

• Leading strategic initiatives to recruit high-potential and producing real estate agents to the office
• Retain and train productive sales associates
• Develop careers of associates to minimum average income per associate
• Attain dominant market share in target markets
• Lead and build Market Center to acceptable profitability
• Lead sales and business meetings

Qualifications

• Proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
• At least average sales success track record in the recent past
• Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate
• Computer and MLS experience
• Track record of success in past jobs/tasks
• Goal setting, planning, accountability, career development, and training skills

Compensation

$125,000 yearly
