Human Resources Coordinator(Law Firm)

Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Comp Package: Base salary to $65K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K+, etc.

Responsibilities for Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Assist with the onboarding process including the preparation and administration of all related paperwork, packets, new employee folders, related documentation, and, scheduling of new hire orientation and anti-harassment training
  • Assist with work coordination processes by collecting and compiling work reports, creating reports and providing general support, as needed
  • Coordinate calendar invitations, room setup and logistics for training programs and department and associate meetings
  • Assist the Director and Attorney Development team members in the implementation of practice area and firm-wide training curricula, including coordination of logistics in collaboration with the IT and other departments
  • Monitor Associate Mentoring programs
  • Assist with tracking CLE compliance using the CLE database; communicate with attorneys regarding their compliance status
  • Assist with employee relations issues

Qualifications for Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, etc.)
  • 6+ months of HR administrative experience or internships in a large law firm or corporation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work directly with employees at all levels
  • Excellent listening skills with strong follow-up skills
  • Additional on-site training for above responsibilities will be provided
