As a KR Boston agent, you can expect to start closing deals and going on showings as quickly as your second week. Our proprietary training and support systems allow our agents to become local market experts and provide unparalleled knowledge, value, and service to clients.

How we operate
Our brokerage is open 24/7 to our agents and we expect them to utilize the office as much as necessary to hit goals. We provide all materials necessary, from computers to personal admins that can assist you where necessary.

Compensation:

$80,000 At Plan Earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
  • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position, we will assist you in obtaining one
