Location: Gaithersburg, MD (throughout the Northeast)
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 DOE + 5-10% bonus + Full benefits + generous truck allowance and gas card
We are a nationally recognized engineering firm with offices around the country. We are expanding our Construction division and do to massive growth are looking for a Traveling Superintendent, with 5+ years of construction experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma space. This individual will be ultimately responsible for Subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety oversight, schedule maintenance and on-site productivity. This role can lead to a Chief Superintendent position in the next couple of years.

What you need for this role:
5+ years of Superintendent experience in Healthcare, Bio Tech / Life Sciences, or Pharma construction
Software Skills: MS Office and Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6
Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, building codes, quality standards, building products and construction detail.
Thorough understanding of the construction process and a well-rounded knowledge of the various trades.
Proven ability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently to achieve project goals.
cGMP experience is a huge plus
Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
Must be able to work on jobsites throughout DC, MD, and the Northeast
Must be willing to travel
