The Senior Business Analyst will act as functional analyst for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 initial and ongoing ERP implementation and maintenance efforts.



The incumbent will be a full-time member of the ERP implementation team and will ensure that the needs of the business are fully realized in the implementation. The Senior Business Analyst will review and understand business problems, model data and processes, conduct workshops and training sessions, and plan & carry out system & user acceptance testing.




DUTIES:

Participates in all aspects of ERP implementation from analyzing internal business requirements to configuring (out of the box/no custom coding) the Dynamics 365 application to meet those requirements.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application as it relates to our business.
-
Responsible for working with the implementation team configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application and company business processes to achieve Econolite’s business requirements.
-
Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
-
10% travel is required (includes Mexico & Canada)




QUALIFICATIONS:

-
Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent.
-
Relevant certifications are a plus
-
3-5+ years of ERP implementation/customization (not coding)/maintenance experience as a Business/Functional Analyst
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2012 or after) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 for Sales are desirable.
-
Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following 5 functional areas (in either Dynamix AX or Dynamics 365):

-
Financials/Accounting ERP
-
Manufacturing ERP (we do discrete manufacturing including engineer-to-order features)
-
Supply Chain ERP

-
Skills with any of the additional functional areas are a plus:

-
Service ERP
-
CRM

-
Engineer-to-Order manufacturing experience is desirable as is APICS or equivalent certification.

Experience with at least 1 full-cycle ERP implementation is strongly preferred
-
Experience with reporting, analytics and dash boarding is a big plus.

10% travel is required (includes Mexico & Canada)
