Senior Associate, Client Learning Program - Jersey City Jersey City, NJ 07303 Tampa, FL 33634 The Senior Associate, Client Learning Program Specialist provides their Learning's support and consultation for a business line(s) or set of products, planning and ensuring the overall design, development and implementation of learning and documentation resources for users of their products and services. They are also responsible for creating technical documentation and ensuring effective content management on given sections of the their Learning Center along with reporting on key metrics. Responsibilities: Acts as a key consultant / advisor for a business line or set of products, conducting needs analyses, and obtaining on-going feedback. Maintains working relationships and uses a consultative approach with Product Management, Relationship Management, IT and other stakeholders and colleagues for information sharing and to improve client experience. Creates overall client enablement content plans to meet business/client needs, inclusive of any needs for documentation, live training, learning videos, microlearning elements, etc. Engages specialist team members in the execution of cross-functional client learning and enablement plans and ensures thorough QA of deliverables. Creates documentation and in-product help content that enable clients/system users to utilize their products most efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality of all deliverables while adhering to standards established by their Learning.

Types of deliverables include user guides, On-Line Help, technical specifications, best practices documents, FAQs and more Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant their products/services and keeps informed of designated business line strategies and priorities. Gathers, analyzes, and presents reporting on KPI’s and metrics to management and business stakeholders. Uses this intelligence to suggest and implement content and site improvements. Manages a high volume of projects and priorities independently, in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and colleagues. Keeps up to date with and applies emerging and current learning/documentation/curation trends as well as best practices. Requirements 1. Minimum of 6 years of related experience 2.

Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience 3. Prior experience working with Joomla, Madcap Flare or Bitbucket is a plus. 4. Experience facilitating training and/or delivering presentations. 5.

Ability to incorporate interactive elements and/or graphics 6. Minimum 2-4 years securities industry experience preferred\ 7. Excellent technical writing abilities 8.

Comfort with technology and experience successfully mastering new software and understanding business processes/workflows 9. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
