Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control, and quality assurance programs for KIOTI Tractor. This position will develop written and technical information for dealers, customers, and employees. In addition, this position will create and maintain policies to routinely and systematically handle quality assurance and control issues.

• Handle technical and quality issues related with various OEM vendors including, packaging, damages, errors, and shipping/transportation of products
• Develop both systematic and random audit/inspection processes for products in the Wholegoods and parts departments
• Work with the Engineering department on product resolution as required
• Conduct field campaigns, issue service bulletins, and product advisories as required
• Report and follow-up of technical issues to the Engineering department

• Execute root cause analysis on failed parts as required

• Serve as a backup to the Product Support Representatives when necessary
• Other assignments as directed by the Senior Product Development Manager
• Test and evaluate new products including, assembly, tear down, and revision as required
• Complete product reviews and reports as required
• Develop assembly instructions for current and new products
• Coordinate new product assembly and quality inspections prior to product launch
• Review and proof-read manuals prior to product launch or as revisions are implemented
• Other assignments as directed by the Senior Product Development Manager
• Complete assembled product final inspection, processes, and issue tracking

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of mechanical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with training and development of training materials
• Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Solomon, CRM, and other applications are plus
