JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, and turf care equipment is looking for a Jr. Business Analyst to help drive the next phase of our growth. This position at our North American headquarters located in Wendell, NC, will report to the Market Intelligence Manager. They will be a key member of the marketing organization supporting the development of retail and wholesale programming along with other data analysis and reporting needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

• Overall gathering and organization of internal, market, and competitive data
• Research competitive pricing and programming activity on a consistent basis
• Maintain database of competitive intelligence including product specifications, pricing, and retail programming
• Perform monthly industry association reporting and data analysis/reporting
• Perform regular competitive market share analysis
• Provide marketing campaign targeting support
• Perform competitive dealer network research and targeting analysis
• Provide support for implementation and training of BI tools
• Support sales and marketing leadership with other data-driven insights as needed

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• High degree of comfort with data analysis and reporting (0-3 years experience)
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field
• Ability to translate data and provide actionable insights
• Strong capability with Microsoft Excel required, experience with BI tools a plus
• Moderate capability with MS PowerPoint and Word necessary
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred, but not required
