KIK Consumer Brands - Pool Division
KIK's Pool Additives Division ("Pool") is a leading player in North America and key international markets with a broad brand and product portfolio spanning both the Mass and Specialty Retailer channels. We are well known for our Clorox Pool&Spa products in the North American Mass channel, our BioGuard brand in the North American, Australian and South Africa Specialty channel, and our Bayrol brand across Europe. Our multi-functional product formulations and innovative water testing innovations allow pool owners to safely and easily enjoy their backyard retreat.
This position is primarily responsible for management of high volume Mass Retail accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.
+ Monitor weekly EDI orders to include checking inventory, and resolving shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery. May involves collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, and Transportation.
+ Utilizing customer's on-line portals to access weekly reports and other historical data.
+ Maintaining Customer Data to ensure orders are priced correctly and invoiced accurately.
+ Manage special Feature and Market orders.
+ Prepare for annual end of season return of product (Buy Backs).
+ Handle incoming customer calls via ACD phone lines, while meeting departmental goals.
+ Investigate & resolve customer complaints and deductions.
+ Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Provide guidance and resolution to customers on product updates and inquiries.
+ High School Education (diploma preferred over GED)
+ 3+ Years Customer Service experience in non-retail environment (Consumer Product Goods and/or Pool & Spa environment preferred)
+ High visibility, high volume mass retail account experience required
+ Intermediate/advanced MS Excel experience required
+ SAP experience strongly preferred
+ EDI experience strongly preferred
+ Strong customer focus and attention to detail required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
