Chief Operating Officer

Our Northeast Florida restaurant group is seeking an experienced Area 

Supervisor to oversee 4 restaurants and collaborate with 4 General 

Managers. You must be a proven team builder and solid communicator. 

This individual will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. 

Key Functions: 

∙Oversee the operations of 4 full service restaurants and their 

management teams.  

∙Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of restaurant level 

performance metrics. 

∙Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency 

and productivity while ensuring compliance with all health and safety 

regulations and all federal, state, and local laws. 

∙Lead management teams to create a positive and productive work 

environment while maintaining operational standards at all times. 

∙Maximize sales and profitability through effective cost controls,  

management strategies, and systems development. 

∙Assist General Managers with recruiting, training, and development of 

all team members.  

Must have: 

∙Proven experience as an Area Supervisor or similar role in the 

restaurant industry. 

∙Strong leadership and communication skills. 

∙Critical knowledge of food service operations, industry standards, and 

the skills to teach same to others. 

∙Ability to lead and motivate multiple teams across 3 locations. 

∙Creativity and tools to develop new ideas and strategies for improving 

guest satisfaction and restaurant operations. 

∙Experience with inventory management and food cost analysis. 

∙Must operate with a commitment to honesty, transparency, integrity 

and a sense of urgency. 

∙Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality 

management, or a related field is preferred, however, your past career
