Kent Place School seeks a full-time (12-month) Help Desk Specialist with experience in troubleshooting and providing Tier 1 technical support. Responsibilities include addressing entry-level inquiries; troubleshooting hardware, softeware, and network problems; and supporting & maintaining classrooms/offices/presentation spaces and the equipment within them. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and related experience in IT customer support.
