World class customer service company in Greensboro needs an outstanding customer service representative! This is a temporary to permanent position starting at $14 per hour to $15 per hour, once permanent. This a 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Product knowledge
  • Superior listening skills & Phone skills

  • Computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
  • Attendance & Punctuality

Job Duties:

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
  • Respond to every customer quickly, honestly, and in a courteous manner.
  • Answers product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services (product knowledge and customer knowledge).
  • Process orders via phone, internet, fax, walk-ins, mail orders, and emails.
  • Live Bold Chat.
  • Handle customer issues through to completion and resolution.
  • Maintain call quality
  • Check and respond to all emails
