About this position The KBR Land Vehicle Business Unit is looking for a Field Service Representative to support U.S. Army, Program Manager, Sets, Kits, Outfits and Tools (PM-SKOT) on Fort Hood, TX. The FSR will provide logistic, maintenance and training support for Subterranean (SbT) Operations Equipment sets prepositioned at Fort Hood, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a variety of U.S. Army equipment, systems and vehicles from both logistic and maintenance aspect, along with instructor/training experience. PM-SKOT provides the soldier with oversight of the life cycle for the SbT Equipment set with the highest quality of service and requires a motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure the high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner. Responsibilities include the following: Undertake all customer support tasks in as directed by PM-SKOT Function as the Subject Matter Expert for the SbT equipment Conduct receipt of the equipment as it is fielded; inventory and verify status of equipment upon receipt Establish a uniform and logical system of storage within ISO certified containers; develop an inventory schematic to document equipment location Perform Periodic Maintenance checks on all assigned equipment utilizing military technical publications and checklists Perform light maintenance and repair on equipment as required Conduct Operator and Maintainer New Equipment Training to gaining units Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations Formulate relationships of trust with customers Understand this is a new task and other tasks may be determined and assigned
