We are seeking enthusiastic, fun and hard working Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. Full time and Part time positions available.
We are a top-of-the-line dog resort and daycare looking for customer service representatives who love dogs, are enthusiastic and want to provide stellar service to our human and dog clients. You will need to possess strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing world class service to all our customers, human and dog alike, and have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services. Exceptional communication and listening skills are required. You will be the first point of customer interaction while also being a pivotal point in each dogs’ stay. Work tasks will include feeding, cleaning and personal playtime with our furry guests. A positive attitude and ability to handle multiple challenges at once is a must, as is the ability to learn quickly. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will need to support the mission and goals of the business, assuring that all four-legged guests are cared for as if they were your own pets. You must have basic computer skills, and learn our point of sale system to manage pets coming and going from our resort. You will oversee daycare/play groups, ensure that our building is always clean and presentable, and provide service that exceeds customer expectations. You will need schedule flexibility and be available to step in and help with any tasks needed including assisting the Pet Care Technicians when needed for cleaning and daycare monitoring. Your organization and attention to detail will help to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service!
