Project Manager

Our Client, a leading Trade Show Exhibit Company, is in search of a Project Manager / Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are searching for self-motivated, driven individuals who will be responsible for serving as a liaison on all aspects of production for a project. We’re seeking individuals with at least FIVE YEARS OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER IN THE TRADE SHOW INDUSTRY who can work directly with customers and manage large accounts. AV Experience a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

· Run client projects from start to finish

· Collaborate with internal departments including sales, design, engineering, fabrication and accounting

· Complete all tasks and projects with accuracy and detail – following company standards and procedures

· Communicate with clients, and maintain relationships

· Manage paperwork and data for entire project (including estimates, work orders, labor orders, show services forms, shop forms, install and dismantle forms, etc.)

· Set schedules and work to monitor and maintain those schedules

· Travel to customer meetings and events (up to 75-100 days of overnight travel to shows and/or visits to client offices)

Job Requirements:

· Must be extremely customer-centric, providing a positive customer experience at all times

· Must have experience in a client facing role

· Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills

· Advanced computer skills

· Works well independently and as part of a team

· Ability to interact effectively and professional with both internal departments and clients

· High energy, detail oriented and deadline focused

· Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity

· Minimum 5 years experience as project manager/account manager within the trade show and/or events business
