Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are now hiring Customer Service Representative's! Hours are Tues-Fri 10AM-6:30PM Sat 9AM-5:30PM $15.00/HR - $16.50
The role includes but is not limited to:
• answering a high volume of incoming calls
• making outbound calls
• scheduling
• issuing credit
• issuing replacements
• Microsoft office and outlook (strongly preferred)
• Systems used, OMS and CCUI (we will train)
