Job Description

We are seeking multiple Strategy & Operations Leads for different parts of our business. For all Leads:

  • You will be part of an elite team working closely with our Senior Executives 
  • You will play an important role in the day-to-day performance management of the organization (setting KPIs, tracking progress against milestones, helping teams accel)
  • You will be thrown at high priority tasks and initiatives for the company - from identifying new business opportunities to supporting crucial partnership and commercial negotiations and to improving our operational efficiency 

Over time, Strategy & Operations Leads will specialize in different areas of the business, requiring slightly different backgrounds, expertise, and passion. Exact fit will be identified during the hiring process and during onboarding process, but examples include

  • Enterprise & Healthcare Go-to-market (working with our Hydrogen business unit)
  • Clinical Operations & Medical Services (working with our VP Operations and Chief Medical Officer)
  • Finance & Corporate Development (working with our CFO with potential option to become Chief of Staff to the CEO over time)

What you will do

You will work on high priority projects and strategic initiatives that define the future of K Health

  • Problem-solve across a wide variety of company initiatives where you will be asked to identify, structure, and help solve our most pressing business challenges
  • Analyze everything, like building models to evaluate the costs and benefits of different business initiatives, to projecting the future of our business over the next 3-5 years
  • Strategize, and help us build detailed work plans to enter new markets, launch new products, improve operational efficiency and capture new opportunities
  • Multitask, working on multiple projects, functions, and business partnerships in parallel

Who we are looking for?

    • 2-4 years work experience in a top strategy consulting firm (preferred) or investment bank, consistently rated “Very Strong” or higher. Bonus for candidates with experience at a Digital Health scale-up as well.
    • Structured problem-solver who can help us take a vision and make it a business reality
    • Ownership mindset, not afraid to get your hands dirty, dive into the data and build something from the ground-up
    • Strong business thinker, with the ability to craft a business case and convince people to believe in it
    • Intellectually curious, excited to learn a new market front-to-back and to teach it to others
    • Confident and courageous, ready to defend your ideas to senior executives and seasoned technology leaders
    • Results-oriented and focused on how to most effectively measure success of various projects
    • Mission-driven, and connected to our goal to improve health access, quality, and affordability for millions of people worldwide
